Current Research

Since the Brain Research Foundation Annual Seed Grant Program was founded in 1981, 557 seed grants totaling more than $7.9 million have been awarded. Today, we continue to fund the type of innovative research that promises to result in better treatments for neurological disorders and, ultimately, in potential cures.

As you can see from the research currently being conducted by our most recent Seed Grant recipients, we’re funding the kind of cutting-edge research initiatives that will play a critical role in advancing the field of neuroscience.
