Gloria is proud to be a member of the Brain Research Foundation Young Leadership Board. Her previous work in academic research studying the neurocognitive effects of cancer and chemotherapy on the brain sparked her interest in neural dysfunction. This experience has allowed her to see the tremendous value of funding life-changing brain research and advocating brain education and mental health awareness.

Gloria attended the University of Notre Dame, where she was among the first class of recipients to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience & Behavior. She now works as a Consultant for Eckroth Planning Group, a Chicago-based healthcare facilities planning firm. Concurrently, she is a graduate student at Brown University, where she will earn a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration in 2019. Gloria is originally from St. Louis, MO, and currently resides in Lincoln Park in Chicago.
