Brain Awareness Week

Held annually since 1996, Brain Awareness Week is sponsored by the Society for Neuroscience, the Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives, and more than 1,200 other health and advocacy groups. Throughout the week, educational activities such as lectures and exhibits are conducted across North America to promote public awareness of the importance of neuroscience research and its potential for enhancing the health and well-being of those affected by neurological disorders.

Brain Research Foundation is proud to take part in Brain Awareness Week and help shed light on innovative research that promises better treatments for neurological disorders and, ultimately, potential cures.
