Over four hundred of Chicago’s Real Estate Professionals attended the Brain Research Foundation’s Real Estate Mingle, which featured rare cars, rare liquors, and cigars. The event was thoughtfully conceived of and was hosted by Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, and celebrated the life of Jake Huzenis.
Enough money was raised that evening to name a seed grant. The Jacob Jameson Huzenis Memorial Grant was awarded to Dr. Clarissa L. Waites at Columbia University.
Events such as the Real Estate Mingle continue to work towards transforming our understanding of brain functions in children and adults and bringing neuroscience closer to breakthroughs.
